Sweet Potato Pie
Made with Ernestine Foods Sweet Potato Pie Filling. Just pour, bake and eat!
Ingredients:
1 container of Ernestine's Sweet Potato Pie Filling
2 pie shells
Directions:
Thaw pie filling. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once defrosted, add 1/2 container to each shell. Place pies in oven and bake for 45 - 55 minutes depending on the oven. Remove from oven and let cool.

Sweet Potato Battered French Toast
Stuffed with Ernestine's Sweet Potato Pie Filling
Ingredients:
1 container of Ernestine's Sweet Potato Pie Filling
Slices of bread thick cut
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Directions:
Thaw pie filling. Mix 3 tbsp. of Ernestine's sweet potato pie filling, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk in bowl. Make a small pocket opening in bread. Add Ernestine's sweet potato pie filling to pocket in bread (fill it up!). Warm butter in skillet. Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture. Cook until brown on both sides.

Sweet Potato Cornbread

Sweet Potato Sugar Cookie
Ingredients:
1 container of Ernestine's Sweet Potato Pie Filling
1 package of your favorite refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 container of cream cheese frosting
Directions:
Thaw pie filling. Preheat oven according to the directions for your favorite cookie dough. Add cookie dough circles on nonstick cookie sheet. Use back of spoon to make small indent in the center of cookie dough. Add a dollop of Ernestine's sweet potato pie filling in the center. Bake according to your favorite cookie dough instructions. Once your cookies are baked and cooled, drizzle melted cream cheese frosting over the cookies. Enjoy!
